Shipping policy
We mostly use USPS shipping, which is a very reliable service. However, there are times deliveries can be dropped at the wrong address or go missing due to package theft aka porch pirates. If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive it, we cannot file a claim with the USPS. Unfortunately, we are not able to resolve these situations financially ourselves but we will do anything in our power to work on your behalf with the USPS to resolve any problems that may arise. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please let us know when placing your order and we can specify a signature delivery. This is possible for any size order but may require an additional payment.
We offer Free Shipping on all US orders $149 or more (lower 48 states only!); however Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Soaps
Not all handmade soaps are created equal. Our soaps are handcrafted and hand cut. Weights may vary slightly from bar to bar and batch to batch. That is the nature of most handmade soaps. Most of our soaps will range from 4 ounces to 5 ounces. They are approximately 3” x 3” x 1 ” wrapped with a label band which lists the ingredients and using instructions on the back. The images are for reference only. These are handmade items and, as such I try my hardest to duplicate batches – it is not always possible so please allow for slight variations. They will over time, continue to evaporate water and lose a little weight. However, this makes for a finer, longer lasting soap bar despite the slight weight change.
Please understand that when you receive your soaps during humid weather conditions some of the soaps and boxes may be slightly damp from the natural “sweat” of the soaps. There is nothing wrong with your soap and it is not melting. It’s absolutely safe to use. The wetness is just the glycerin and other natural humectants doing their job – which is to draw moisture.
Store your soaps in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Be sure to allow your soap to dry between uses. In order to extend the life of your handmade soap, we recommend that you use a draining soap dish that will keep your soap dry underneath.
