Please let us know about all damages within 24 hours of receiving your package. Photos are extra helpful as well! Please include photos of both the items and the packaging as well as your order number so we can best help you!
Returns & Exchanges
While we understand that it can sometimes be tricky to order the perfect scent online, due to the personal nature of our products, safety and contamination concerns, we are not able to resell any item after it has been shipped to a customer. Because of this we DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges. Please be sure about your purchase before finalizing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
